How can we help?

Open the app and go to the Home or Map tab. BUZZD will show you events nearby based on your location. You can filter by vibe, price, or event type to narrow it down.

Tap on any event with ticketing enabled, select your ticket tier, and follow the checkout flow. You will receive a QR code in the app that you use to check in at the door.

Go to the Safety tab in the app. Add up to 3 emergency contacts who are BUZZD users. Set your timer before going out — if you do not check in when the timer ends, your emergency contacts will be notified automatically.

You will receive a push notification when a date function invitation is sent to you. Open the notification, review the event details, and RSVP. You can also confirm your plus one from the same screen.

Go to Settings in the app, scroll to the bottom, and tap Delete Account. Your personal information will be removed within 30 days. This action cannot be undone.

On the login screen, tap Forgot Password and enter your email address. You will receive a reset link within a few minutes. Check your spam folder if it does not arrive.

Switch to the Organizer view in the app and tap Create Event. The event wizard walks you through adding your flyer, event name, venue, date, capacity, and ticket tiers. Takes about 10 minutes to set up completely.

Open your event in the Organizer dashboard and tap Check-In Mode. Point your camera at a guest's QR code and it will scan instantly. You will see a live headcount and capacity bar update in real time throughout the night.

When creating or editing your event, go to the Date Function tab. Search for BUZZD users by name or username and add them to your invite list. They will receive a push notification and can RSVP and confirm their plus one directly in the app.

Go to your Organizer dashboard and tap on any past event to see its analytics breakdown — total attendance, ticket revenue by tier, and a comparison to your previous event.
